Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets – 1 pound, cut into bite-sized cubes
- All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
- Eggs – 2, beaten
- Panko Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil – for frying
- Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
- Sweet Chili Sauce – 1/4 cup
- Sriracha – 1 tablespoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
- In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each salmon cube into the flour, then eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- For the Bang Bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites with the Bang Bang sauce on the side.
