Ingredients

- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup seedless red grapes (halved)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 ribs celery (thinly sliced)
- 4 large Honeycrisp apples (cubed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine dried cranberries, grapes, pecans, celery, and apples.
- In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, and brown sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any variety of apples if Honeycrisp is unavailable.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
