- 16oz fresh strawberries, stems removed and halved
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 5.3 oz container strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 5 tsp pure maple syrup
- optional: 1 tbsp almond butter
- optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
- Add chia seeds and mix well.
- Fold in half of the strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve in bowls, topped with remaining strawberries and optional almond butter or whipped cream.
