Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 5.3 oz container strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 5 tsp pure maple syrup
  • optional: 1 tbsp almond butter
  • optional: whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Add chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Fold in half of the strawberries.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve in bowls, topped with remaining strawberries and optional almond butter or whipped cream.
