- 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 8 ounces Lobster Meat
- 8 ounces Crab Meat
- 8 ounces Shrimp
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix lobster, crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and mozzarella.
- Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add flour, and stir for one minute.
- Slowly whisk in heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
- Spread a layer of sauce in a baking dish and place filled shells on top.
- Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
