Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells filled with lobster, crab, and shrimp in a rich sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 8 ounces Lobster Meat
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat
  • 8 ounces Shrimp
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix lobster, crab, shrimp, cream cheese, and mozzarella.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add flour, and stir for one minute.
  6. Slowly whisk in heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  7. Add garlic, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
  8. Spread a layer of sauce in a baking dish and place filled shells on top.
  9. Pour remaining sauce over the shells.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
