Description

Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells is a delicious pasta dish filled with a rich seafood mixture and topped with creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided into 2 portions of ½ cup each)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese, grated
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lobster and crab meat, and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, and stir until smooth.
  7. Mix in ½ cup of mozzarella and ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese.
  8. Stuff the mixture into large pasta shells.
  9. Place stuffed shells in a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  10. Dot with remaining butter.
  11. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  12. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

  • Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
