- 8 oz lobster meat
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided into 2 portions of ½ cup each)
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese, grated
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, melt ½ tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lobster and crab meat, and cook for a few minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, and stir until smooth.
- Mix in ½ cup of mozzarella and ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff the mixture into large pasta shells.
- Place stuffed shells in a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Dot with remaining butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
