  • 2 cups sliced baby bella mushrooms

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and salt. Cook until mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta and reserved pasta water. Stir well to coat the pasta evenly.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
