Description

Creamy Lemon Squares are a sweet and tangy dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 squares graham crackers
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, crushed graham crackers, and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice.
  5. Pour the lemon filling over the crust.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
