A sweet and creamy salad made with grapes, cream cheese, and nuts.

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add red and green grapes to the mixture. Stir gently to coat the grapes.
- Transfer the salad to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and chopped pecans on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh grapes for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by modifying the sugar amount.
