Instructions
- Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into taquitos.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry taquitos until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with optional garnishes.
