Ingredients

- 1 (3-4 lb) turkey breast, bone-in and skin-on
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey, orange zest, garlic, and herbs. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, then rub with olive oil.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin-side up.
- Pour the cranberry-orange glaze over the turkey.
- Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use leftover glaze as a sauce for serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
