Ingredients
- Wonton Wrappers: 10-12 sheets
- Crab Meat: 8 oz
- Cream Cheese: 4 oz
- Green Onions: 2, chopped
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
- Vegetable Oil: for frying
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
