Description

Ingredients

  • Wonton Wrappers: 10-12 sheets
  • Crab Meat: 8 oz
  • Cream Cheese: 4 oz
  • Green Onions: 2, chopped
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
  • Vegetable Oil: for frying

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the wontons until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
