A flavorful dish featuring steak and linguine, coated in a rich butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups carrots, sliced into thin sticks or coins
- 3 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
- Add steak pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and carrots. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in butter, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and Dijon mustard.
- Add cooked linguine and steak back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
