- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, parsley, thyme, smoked paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce thickness.
