Description

This Coffee Cheesecake combines rich flavors of coffee and chocolate for a delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons Salted Butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon Espresso Powder Optional
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Full-fat and softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Coffee Extract
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup Cold Brew Coffee Or strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Or vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour Optional for gluten-free
  • 8 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate Chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional
  • to taste Chocolate Curls/Sprinkles
  • to taste Chocolate-Covered Espresso Beans
  • 1 packet Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix Optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and espresso powder.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add coffee extract and eggs, mixing well.
  6. Incorporate heavy cream, cold brew coffee, lemon juice, salt, and flour.
  7. Pour filling into the crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Prepare ganache by heating heavy cream and pouring over chopped chocolate.
  11. Stir until smooth and pour over the chilled cheesecake.
  12. Top with chocolate curls and espresso beans if desired.

  • Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
  • For a gluten-free version, omit the all-purpose flour.
  • Let the cheesecake chill overnight for improved flavor.
