- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sugar and flour.
- Add eggs, softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the flaked coconut.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let it cool before serving.
