  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for topping
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light.
  3. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Mix the topping sugars and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing.
