A festive treat perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 3 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (or 1 cup mini marshmallows + 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips or white chocolate candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- 1/2 cup red, green, and white nonpareils
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and vanilla extract. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the puffed rice cereal. Mix well to coat.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan and press down evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the rice cereal mixture.
- Sprinkle with nonpareils before the chocolate sets.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Can be decorated with additional toppings if desired.
