Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1½ cups milk
  • Extra whipped topping & chocolate curls (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread peanut butter mixture over the cookie crust.
  6. Fold whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick.
  8. Spread pudding over the peanut butter layer.
  9. Top with extra whipped topping and chocolate curls.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
