No bake cookies made with chocolate and oats.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir until combined.
- Bring to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Add oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let them cool.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
