Description
A delicious twist on the classic Chicken Cordon Bleu, this Stromboli combines chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese wrapped in pizza dough.

- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
- 6 slices deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise over the dough.
- Layer the cooked chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on top.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, dried parsley, and Parmesan cheese over the filling.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
- Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
