- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing.
- Add the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, and sliced red onion evenly over the cheese.
- Optionally, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the filling.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges by pinching the dough together.
- Place the Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
