Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
