Easy-to-make sliders with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch dressing, baked to perfection on Hawaiian sweet rolls.

- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
- Let sliders cool for 5 minutes before serving.
