- 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons reserved crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine tater tots, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Add in cooked bacon and chicken, mixing well.
- Spread the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and reserved bacon before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the chicken with rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
