  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add broccoli and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to coat.
  5. Gradually add milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
