- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ lb ground beef or sausage (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine Velveeta, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, and milk.
- Stir frequently until cheeses melt and mixture is smooth.
- Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
- If using ground beef or sausage, cook separately until browned, then drain and add to the queso.
- Continue heating for another 2-3 minutes until fully blended.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or as a topping.
Notes
- Adjust milk quantity for desired consistency.
- For extra spice, use hot Rotel tomatoes or add jalapeños.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
