  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or puffs.
  4. Coat each puff with additional breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
