  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or sour cream for tang)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (for brushing)
  • Optional additions: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley to the chicken mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it down the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll tightly to form wraps.
  6. Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. Brush the garlic butter over the wraps.
  8. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  9. Slice in half and serve warm.
