- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until fully done, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the pan, let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center.
- Add sliced chicken, spinach (if using), and a spoonful of sour cream. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Heat a clean pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.

- Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Substitute flour tortillas with whole wheat or spinach tortillas for extra nutrition.
