Instructions

  1. Preheat your campfire or grill.
  2. Prepare a large piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Layer the sliced or cubed potatoes in the center of the foil.
  4. Add melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Fold the foil tightly to create a packet.
