Description

Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling to form a ball.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
