Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling to form a ball.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
