A delicious fusion of cheeseburger and quesadilla, topped with a tangy burger sauce.

- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
- 8 (8-inch) tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 1–2 teaspoons sweetener or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or turkey in a pan over medium heat until browned.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried minced onions, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Remove the meat mixture from the pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, pickle relish, sweetener, paprika, onion powder, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the burger sauce.
- Heat a clean pan and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.
- Place a tortilla in the pan, sprinkle cheese, add the cooked meat mixture, diced pickles, and more cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the cheese melts and the tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat for remaining quesadillas.
- Slice and serve with burger sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the burger sauce ingredients to your taste.
- Use a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
