- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ cup warm water (more if needed)
- For the Cheese Filling:
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add olive oil and warm water, knead until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling: Combine feta, mozzarella, parsley, mint, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each into a circle, add filling, and fold into triangles.
- Brush with egg wash. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
