  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots blend

  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup seafood broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box of refrigerated Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add diced celery and onion, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add seafood broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  6. Mix in shrimp, crab, peas, carrots, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Prepare Cheddar Bay Biscuits according to package instructions.
  10. Place biscuits on top of the seafood mixture.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
