- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet. Stir until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
