Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar.
  3. Add vanilla and almond extracts; mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt; blend until dough forms.
  5. Press half of the dough into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  6. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the jam.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
