Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the salt and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Gradually stir in the flour and chopped pecans until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

- Allow cookies to cool slightly, then roll them in the remaining powdered sugar.
