Description

Delicious Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars with a graham cracker crust, rich caramel layer, and crunchy topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped Butterfinger candy bars and optional crushed pretzels on top.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
