Instructions

  1. Blend blueberries with 1 cup of water until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids.
  3. In a pitcher, combine blueberry juice, lemon juice, sugar, and remaining water.
  4. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  5. Adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice to taste.
  6. Chill before serving over ice.
