- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Heat until sugar dissolves to make a simple syrup.
- Muddle blackberries in a pitcher.
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and remaining water to the pitcher. Stir well.
- Strain to remove blackberry seeds if desired.
- Serve over ice.
