Description

A delicious burger featuring black garlic and truffle gouda cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 oz black garlic, minced
  • 4 oz truffle gouda cheese, sliced
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp beer mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with minced black garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of truffle gouda on each patty to melt.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and beer mustard.
  7. Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns, topping with shredded cabbage and carrots, and drizzling with sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
