Description
A delicious burger featuring black garlic and truffle gouda cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz black garlic, minced
- 4 oz truffle gouda cheese, sliced
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp beer mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with minced black garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 4 patties.
- Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of truffle gouda on each patty to melt.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and beer mustard.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns, topping with shredded cabbage and carrots, and drizzling with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
