A hearty pasta salad inspired by the classic Big Mac flavors.
Ingredients

- 16 oz (454 g) rotini pasta
- 1 lb (454 g) ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, dill pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made ahead of time.
- Adjust the dressing ingredients according to your taste.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
