Description

A hearty pasta salad inspired by the classic Big Mac flavors.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz (454 g) rotini pasta
  • 1 lb (454 g) ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, dill pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
