  • 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 34 ripe bananas)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini or regular chocolate chips (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
