- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 3–4 ripe bananas)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini or regular chocolate chips (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
