  • 300g (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 180g (6 cups) Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 80ml (2 cups) milk
  • ripe bananas, sliced
  • 240ml (1 cup) whipped cream
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over low heat.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies cereal.
  4. In a bowl, combine banana pudding mix and milk; whisk until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  6. Layer Rice Krispies mixture with banana slices in a dish.
  7. Pour banana pudding mixture over layers.
  8. Drizzle honey on top.
  9. Chill before serving.
