  • 34 turkey wings, separated at the joints
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried or fresh)
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season turkey wings with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear turkey wings until browned on all sides.
  4. Transfer wings to a baking dish. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
  5. Pour chicken or turkey broth around the wings.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
