Ingredients

- 3–4 turkey wings, separated at the joints
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried or fresh)
- 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season turkey wings with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear turkey wings until browned on all sides.
- Transfer wings to a baking dish. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Pour chicken or turkey broth around the wings.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh thyme for better flavor.
- Broil for a few extra minutes for crispier skin.
