- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into 12 squares.
- Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Top each cube with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Add chopped candied pecans on top if using.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pouch.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
