- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed until tender-crisp, then finely chopped)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray, for greasing the sheet
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
