A warm and creamy brie cheese topped with sweet red pepper jelly.

- 200 gram/7 oz wheel brie cheese
- 3–4 tablespoons pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie cheese in a baking dish.
- Spread the pepper jelly over the top of the brie.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is soft.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- You can use any flavor of jelly you prefer.
