Sweet and creamy air-fried cheesecake egg rolls with cherry filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Place 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture and 1 tbsp cherry pie filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold corners over the filling, roll tightly, and seal edges with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Spray egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving (optional).
