Description

Quick and easy no-bake cookies ready in 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick cook oats
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ⅔ cups sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add quick cook oats and salt, mix well.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  7. Let cookies cool and set for about 10 minutes.
